Angie Fay Santos

Senior Airman, Angie Fay Santos, 69, of Fayetteville, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, July 11, 2023. She was born on December 21,1953 in Little Rock, AR to the late Espy Eugene Felts, Sr. and Melba Louise West. After spending her childhood in Lonoke, AR, SrA Felts decided to serve her country in the United States Air Force from 1972 to 1976 and was primarily stationed at Elmendorf Air Force Base in Anchorage, AK as an Air Passenger Specialist. Angie was a devoted Christian and loved God throughout her life. She loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She also enjoyed reading and watching the occasional movie on the Lifetime Movie Channel with a large cup of sweet tea by her side. After returning to Arkansas, Angie continued to serve her country at the Pine Bluff Arsenal in Pine Bluff, AR where she raised her girls to adulthood. Continuing a lifelong commitment in service to others, Angie also spent several years caring for the elderly and disabled before retiring to Fayetteville. Along the way, she never met a stranger that stayed that way for long and was known for her outgoing personality. Angie is survived by her two brothers, Pete Felts (Debbie) of Stuttgart and Eugene Felts, Jr. of North Little Rock; three sisters, Dorothy Heslep (Jerry) of Conway, Tina Sanchez (Jules) of Douglasville, GA, and Teresa Epperson (Tim) of Little Rock; stepmother, Mildred Felts of Sheridan; three daughters, Sonia Marie Spinks (Darryl) of Bentonville, Shawna Louise Brumett (Allen) of Fayetteville, and Shelly Renea Santos Lester of Pine Bluff; Seven Grandchildren, Alexis Lester, Landon Lester, Daniel Spinks, Cori Spinks, Brynn Brumett, Braxton Brumett, and Drew Spinks and numerous nieces and nephews. Memorial services will be held at 3:00 p.m. Saturday, July 15, 2023 at Sisco Funeral Chapel, 705 W Meadow Ave, Springdale, AR 72764 (479) 751-4577. An intimate military service will be held at 9:30 AM at Veteran’s Memorial Park, 4415 N Vantage Dr., Fayetteville, AR.
