Kathleen Mann

Kathleen Mann, a beloved wife, mother, sister, grandmother, aunt, and friend, passed away peacefully on August 4th, 2025, at the age of 82. A faithful servant of God and a shining example of grace, humility, and unconditional love, she touched the lives of everyone who had the blessing of knowing her. The daughter of Mark and Mary Brown, born on March 10th, 1943, in Springdale, AR, Kathleen (better known by all as Kathy) devoted her life to her family, her friends, her church, and her community. She lived her faith daily, not just in words, but in quiet acts of kindness, in prayers whispered for others, and in the open arms she offered to anyone in need. Her gentle spirit and steadfast faith were a refuge to many. Whether she was cooking a warm meal for a neighbor, volunteering at her church, or simply offering a listening ear, Kathy gave her love freely and without expectation. She believed in the power of prayer, the importance of forgiveness, and the beauty of a heart that serves others. Kathy was preceded in death by her parents, Mark and Mary Brown, her two sisters, Johnnie Trotter and Virginia Leisure, and nephew, Chad Palmer. She is survived by her husband of 47 years, Joe Mann, her daughter, Tina James and husband Tim, her sister, Mary Jane Cruzen, her granddaughters, Jayme Thompson (husband, Jared) and Victoria Hoff (husband, William), her two great-grandsons, Bry and Bennett Thompson, and several nephews, great-nephews, great-nieces, and cousins, all of whom will carry her legacy of love, faith, and kindness in their hearts. A funeral service in celebration of Kathy’s life will be held on Friday, August 8th, 2025, at Sisco Funeral Chapel in Springdale, AR, with services beginning at 2 pm and a graveside service to follow. All who knew and loved her are welcome to attend and share in remembering a life well-lived. Memorials can be made in floral arrangements or donations. The family asks that donations be made in her memory to the Alzheimer's Association, American Heart Association, and St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, organizations dear to her heart.
