Lovilla Ann (Bee) Mounce

On Saturday December 14 th 2024 Lovilla Ann (Bee) Mounce passed peacefully into the arms of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ with her family by her side. Bee was born in Coldwell, Idaho on January 27, 1940. She was the daughter of Vera Allison and Merle Pearson. She excelled at Girls’ Polytechnic School in Portland Oregon where she graduated 3 years early at the age of 14. Bee was self-taught in her talents which included Acrylic Painting and sewing. Her many hobbies included gardening, cooking, reading and watching wildlife. She enjoyed traveling to visit her relatives in Idaho, Oregon and loved spending time on the Oregon coast. Bee spent many years working on her passion of researching the family genealogy. She always was proud to share all her findings with the family. She was very involved in the Hickory Creek Community and all family functions. She was a member of the Revival Tabernacle Church of Springdale, where she truly enjoyed Brother Paul Edens’ services. Bee was proceeded in death by her husband of 48 years Harrison Lee (Dobie) Mounce, Grandson Tayor Jordan Mounce, Son-in-law Bobby Skirvin, Father Merle Pearson, Mother Vera Allison, Sister Arlene Ayers, Brother Bobby Pearson, Brother Jerry Pearson. She was a loving mother to her family, which included 5 children, (son) Michael Mounce and wife Kathy of Lowell, (daughter) Leann Harrell of Lowell, (daughter) Mary Jane Skirvin of Springdale, (daughter) Donna Zulpo and husband Tommy of Tontitown, (daughter) Tammy Mounce of Springdale, and an Aunt Bee to so many. She leaves behind a sister Chyle Pearson Edington of Vancouver WA, a brother David Pearson of Minnesota, Aunt Josephine Bloomfield of Idaho and a very special cousin Susie Bloomfield of Idaho. She loved her family with all her heart, Bee had 13 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren and 5 great-great grandchildren. Although we are heartbroken and will miss her every minute of every day, we rejoice she is with our Lord and Savor Jesus Christ. Her service will be held on Saturday December 28 th at 2:00 at Hickory Creek Cemetery. Immediately following her graveside at Bee’s request, there will be a Celebration of Life at Donna and Tommy Zulpo’s house 14457 Osage Creek Road where we will rejoice, and dinner will be served with lots of memories to share.
