Sharon Raye Ulrich

Sharon Raye Ulrich, 79, of Springdale, Arkansas, passed away peacefully on January 4, 2026. Sharon was born on September 12, 1946, in California, to Charles Lynch and Lucille Barrett Lynch. She graduated from high school and went on to build a long and dedicated career in retail management. Sharon worked as an overnight Receiving Manager for Walmart in Arkansas for 25 years and previously spent 20 years working for Kmart in Renton, Washington. Her strong work ethic, leadership, and dedication were evident to everyone who worked alongside her. Sharon lived life loudly, joyfully, and with her whole heart. She had many hobbies, but her favorite was playing pinnacle with friends and family on Saturday nights. She loved bowling—especially bowling tournaments—and cherished the time spent bowling with friends and family. Sharon also loved attending concerts, no matter who was playing, simply enjoying the experience and the music. Her smile and laugh were contagious, and she truly lived life to the fullest. Christmas was her favorite holiday, and she took great pride in decorating her home each year. She collected Santa Clauses and Christmas villages, decorating with care and joy. One of her most treasured pieces was an ice rink with skaters, which held a special place in her heart. Family was at the center of Sharon’s world. She loved hosting and attending family reunions and spending quality time with those she loved most. She was an avid reader and especially enjoyed books by Nicholas Sparks and Debbie Macomber, often comparing the books to their movie adaptations. Sharon was fiercely passionate about her sports teams—the Seattle Mariners and the Seattle Seahawks—and could be heard screaming, cheering, and demanding replays during every game. Her enthusiasm was unmatched. During her time at Kmart, she eagerly participated in monthly bingo games and could be heard throughout the store praying loudly and excitedly for “O-52.” She valued her family deeply and was immensely proud of her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchild. Sharon never missed an opportunity to cheer the loudest at sporting events and loved watching her kids and grandkids play. She especially cherished mini road trips and family vacations, making memories wherever she went. Sharon was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Richard D. Ulrich; her sisters, Linda Lynch and Barbara Palone; her brother, Charlie Lynch; and her parents, Lucille Barrett Lynchand Charles R. Lynch. She is survived by her sister, Theresa Gregory; her children, Rebecca Ulrich, Brant Ulrich and wife Becky Ulrich, and Brock Ulrich; her grandchildren, Jeremy Miller Jr. and wife Callie Miller, Jackson Miller, Jaykob Miller, Dominic Ulrich, Tanner Pruitt and wife Taylor Pruitt, and Spencer Ulrich; her great-grandchild, Jayzie Beth Miller; along with many beloved nieces, nephews, and cousins. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 7, 2026 from 5-7pm, at Sisco Funeral Chapel. Funeral services will be Thursday, January 8, 2026 at 10am at Sisco Funeral Chapel of Springdale. Burial will follow at Friendship Cemetery. Sharon will be remembered for her laughter, her love for family, her unwavering enthusiasm, and the joy she brought into every room she entered.
