Linda Luper

Linda Luper, 73 of Lowell, Arkansas passed away Monday, April 4, 2022 at her home after her battle with Cancer. Linda was born in Roswell, New Mexico on April 28, 1948 to J.D. and Mary Mounce. After moving to Lowell, Arkansas with her grandparents in 1962, she met and married Billy Luper on June 1, 1963, together they raised four children, Elisha, Kevin, Kimberly and Josh. Linda was a homemaker, loving mother and wife. She was a member of the Shiloh Full Gospel Church. Linda accepted Jesus as her savior in 1971 at the Old School house Church at Hickory Creek and was later baptized that year. She was funny, humble, selfless and loved everyone unconditionally. And always shared a good find or good food from her kitchen as a gift. She was an amazing cook. Linda’s favorite sayings were “don’t judge a book by its cover” and “what goes around, comes around.” Linda was preceded in death by her parents and her son, Kevin Luper. She is survived by her husband, Billy Luper of the home; daughters, Elisha Wright and husband Wayne of Rogers, Kimberly Padilla and Luis of Lincoln and one son, Josh Luper of Lowell; she had seven grandchildren, Heather Harris and husband Ryan of Rogers, Payton Hurst and husband Tyler of Farmington and Cristian, Sandra and Gabby Padilla of Lincoln and Izzy and Noah Luper of Lowell and one great grandchild, August Hurst of Farmington. A celebration of her life and a service will be held Saturday, April 9, 2022 at 3pm at Shiloh Full Gospel Church, 14851 E. Highway 264, Lowell, Arkansas 72764.
