Marlene Louise Langwell

April 24, 1959 - March 16, 2022

Marlene Louise Langwell, 62 of Green Forest passed away Wednesday, March 16, 2022 at Northwest Medical Center in Springdale. She was born April 24, 1959 in McAlester, Oklahoma to John Francis and Gracie Pearl Jones Mahoney. Marlene was a CNA. She was an ordained minister and was a strong believer of the Lord. She had a passion for sharing the gospel with incarcerated prisoners.She loved her husband, children and grandchildren very much. She loved watching Korean Dramas and the television show Friends. She also enjoyed doing bible readings on the square in Green Forest and the Great Passion Play. She was preceded in death by her parents, two beloved nephews, Korey Haun and Kendrae Mahoney, two infant children and one great grandchild who greeted her in heaven. Survivors include her husband, Billy D. Langwell of the home; nine children, Eugene Henry and wife Nicole of Piqua, Kansas, Tiffany Goodsell of Harrison, Matthew Henry and wife Susan of Lampe, Missouri and Natasha Langwell of Harrison and Sheila Yonkie and husband Jacob; Billy Langwell, Jr. and wife Rachel of Gladstone, Missouri, Jamey Langwell and fiance, Misty Marie of Kansas City, Missouri, and Anthony Lee and wife Krystle of Independence, Missouri and Lisa Marie Gharst of Richmond, Missouri; two brothers, Mark Mahoney of Springfield, Missouri and Charles Mahoney and wife Mary of Marshfield, Missouri; three sisters, Mary Stout and husband Vince of Springfield,Missouri, Patricia Thornburg and husband Don of Springfield and Marschel Cowan and husband Robert of Ash Grove, Missouri; thirty two grandchildren and many nieces and nephews; and numerous other children of the heart. Memorial services will be Saturday, April 16, 2022 at 2pm at Soul Purpose Ministries in Green Forest, Arkansas with J.R. Poulson officiating, and a private family service Sunday, April 24 at Noon in Springfield, Missouri. Online condolences may be left at www.siscofuneral.com
