Mary Ann Thompson

Mary Ann Thompson, 79 of Springdale passed away Tuesday, January 19, 2021 at Northwest Medical Center in Bentonville. She was born December 22, 1941 in Daytona Beach, Florida to George Edgar and Marylyn Elizabeth Mayberry Hodgkins. Mary Ann worked as a distribution manager for the Thrifty Nickel in Fort Smith for many years. She was a member of the Women's Pool League, and was an avid bingo player and lifelong fan of Elvis. She was preceded in death by her parents and one son, Richard A Scamardo. Survivors include two sons, Frank V Scamardo of Houston, Texas and John A Scamardo and wife Janice of Boynton, Oklahoma; one daughter, Angelina M.
