Thomas Clay Campbell

May 19, 1950 - April 9, 2019

Thomas Clay Campbell, 68 of Fayetteville passed away Tuesday, April 9, 2019 at Mercy Medical Center in Springfield, Missouri. He was born May 19, 1950 in Culp Arkansas.His parents were Walter Allen and Lenora Rice Campbell. He married Judith Ann Sparks on November 21,1971, and they had two children Matthew Clay and Sarah Ann Campbell. Tom was an active member of the Church of Christ prior to his illness. He worked as an inspector for Tyson Foods. He loved his dogs Mickey and Misty and Spot The Cat. He was preceded in death by father, and one daughter, Sarah Ann Campbell. Survivors include his wife, Judy Campbell of the home; one son, Matthew Clay Campbell of Fayetteville; his brother, Walter Allan Campbell and wife Jamie of Mountain Home and his mother, Lenora Campbell of Mountain Home. Funeral services will be Monday, April 15, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. at Sisco Funeral Chapel of Springdale with Martin Howard and Aaron Risener officiating. Burial will follow in Fairview Memorial Gardens in Fayetteville. No visitation is planned. Online condolences may be left at www.siscofuneral.com
