Lucille (Stevenson) Williams-Brobst

On January 25, 2025, Lucille (Stevenson) Williams-Brobst entered into Heaven. She was born July 19, 1934, to Andy and Pearl (Seaton) Stevenson in the Springdale area. She is preceded in death by her husbands, Earl Rocky Williams and Lennie Brobst; her parents, her siblings and their spouses: Don Stevenson, Helen and Bill Harveston, Jewell England, Jeddie Upton; Lester and Marilyn Stevenson, Bonnie and Jack Hoffarth, Virginia and Robert Hatcher, Eugene Stevenson and her baby twin brother; along with several aunts, uncles, cousins & friends. Lucille is survived by her daughters, Renee’ and husband, Wendell Collins of Cincinnati, Arkansas and Gwen and husband, Andy Cobb of Tulsa, OK. Her grandchildren: Heather (Jason) Harter, Jason (Cindy) Davis, Aaron (Melanie) Cobb, Keeston (Jason) Cobb, Aaron Collins & Cassie (Kyle) Irvine. Her great-grandchildren: Sara, Caitlin, Cali, Jocelyn, Alyssa, Jillian, Sebastian, Ky, and Tyler. She is also survived by multiple generations of nieces, nephews, cousins & friends. She grew up in Springdale and attended Monitor School as a child. She married her sweetheart, Rocky Williams, on March 2, 1953. They lived in Arkansas, California, and Oklahoma. She was a member of the First Church of the Nazarene in Springdale. She had multiple jobs and occupations through the years. In California, she packed handmade taper candles and worked at McDonald’s. When she and Rocky moved their family back to Arkansas, she helped manufacture motors at Emerson Electric, sewed jeans at Levi Strauss and worked at Sunshine Yogurt, where her grandkids LOVED to visit her when she worked! After retiring, she helped many families in the community by taking care of their loved ones in their homes. Lucille also had her dream job as a Mary Kay Beauty Consultant for 30+ years! She married Lennie Brobst in September 1999. A few years before moving to Tulsa, Lucille moved to the Lowell Senior Citizen Apartments. It was there that she met the sweetest and nicest group of ladies, that quickly became her friends! They had a lot of fun together having Bible study groups, lunches to celebrate birthdays, and playing bean bag baseball. She loved a good cup of coffee, even on the hottest Arkansas summer days! She loved make-up, having her hair done, and her nails painted! She loved anything pink, fancy, beautiful, and sparkly! She was a beacon of light for her family and friends; everyone loved her. We will miss her so much. We find peace in knowing that we will see her again. A visitation will take place on Wednesday, February 5th, 2025, starting at 1 PM at Sisco Funeral Chapel.
